The acquisition, which is expected to close this year, follows the launch of SiteMinder’s next-generation platform in April – an all-in-one hotel commerce platform that unifies channel management, SiteMinder’s distribution and booking engine with real-time market insights, automated payments, website building capabilities, and over 1,500 partner integrations to help accommodation providers grow their online businesses. GuestJoy will further expand SiteMinder’s strong hotel commerce offering, enabling hoteliers to automate and digitize their communication with guests, generate upsell revenue and enhance direct guest acquisition.
