“Going above and beyond for our customers is what sets us apart. Along with exceptional personalized service and attention to every detail that our guests have grown to love, this year we’re taking bigger steps than ever to elevate our travels, ”said Guy Young, President of Luxury Gold. “The changes include having no more than 24 guests on each trip and tailoring the vacation experience for each traveler by offering the widest choice of included experiences, more than any other guided travel company.”
With no more than 24 guests, Luxury Gold tours will feel more private than ever, giving guests the opportunity to have even more exclusive experiences. Understanding that the ultimate luxury travel experience is different for each client, Luxury Gold introduces more inclusive choices, called Journey, Your Way, giving clients the ability to select unique local experiences that match their own interests.
Other Luxury Gold itineraries will also include MAKE TRAVEL MATTER experiences, which are immersive local excursions that give back to the communities visited and are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. These offer customers the chance to see a side of their destinations that most travelers miss when exploring the destination on their own.
To help clients adjust to a new world of travel, trips will include a specially trained and dedicated Wellness Director for departures with 15 or more guests (not available on tours in South Africa, Japan, Australia and New Zealand), working alongside the dedicated and expertly trained travel concierge and top coach driver to provide additional support and assistance during clients’ journeys. All Luxury Gold trips include complimentary, private, door-to-door VIP airport transfers with a driver on the tour start and end dates.
